Calling Expired Listings can be very tiresome...doing title searches to find the owner, then a reverse white pages look-up to try and find their phone number...hoping they still live there and that the number is accurate. Basically, it often turns into such a chore that, by the time you've done your homework, you can only make a couple calls a day in your tight schedule. However, Expired Listing marketing can be effective. If you plan on making this a CONSISTENT prospecting effort, it is worth investing in a system that does all that homework for you.
