The Power Team concept is one of the most powerful marketing programs in existence.  It is a concept that has been used to build many of the most successful businesses in history...basically cross-promotional marketing on steroids.

The Power Team concept is based on several key points:

1. We, Realtors, offer the very best service on the market to any referrals from our Power Team members, committing to:
   1. bi-weekly client follow up calls so they always know how hard we're working for them.
   2. offering a 42" plasma TV or equivalent coupon to all of our clients at the end of each transaction.
   3. Distribute the Power Team coupons to our SOI, Farm areas, etc.
2. Our Power Team partners will also commit to offering the very best service to each client referred to them from the other partners, and will also offer a coupon, and distribute the coupons to each of their client base and contacts as well.
3. We meet monthly at Equity Luncheons (notice for these is given in each weekly branch newsletter) to further establish professional relationships and find ways to benefit by each others' expertise.

When these concepts are applied correctly, imagine the results...If I distribute these coupons to 50 people a week during the course of my prospecting efforts, and 9 other power team members do the same, each of our coupons are in the hands of 500 people a week!!  What individual could compete with a team like that???
