Equity Real Estate (formerly Equity North Branch) is located in downtown Ogden in the Historic Old Post Office building on the corner of 24th and Grant. Broker Eric Lee is also the Principal Broker for all 15 Equity locations in Utah - our office includes agents as far north as Cache Valley, west to Tooele County, and south to Utah County.

Teamwork
Here are some of the team-building features of our office:
- Profit Share
- Each time an agent you refer to Equity closes a deal, you receive $100. Profit share is one of the top reasons our agents love Equity! We help you increase your profit share by following up with agents you personally contact and inviting them to join us here at Equity.
- Facebook Group
- When you join our office, you join an elite group of experienced agents. If you have questions, our private Facebook group is the perfect place to network and find help through updates, announcements, tips, etc.
- Weekly Updates
- Every Monday, each of our agents receives a Weekly Update with upcoming classes, webinars, activities, etc. It's our goal to help our agents stay informed about the services we offer!
Education
- Tuesday Training
- Every Tuesday morning from 10 am -12 pm, we conduct in-office training or bring in classes for CE Credit. Tuesday Training usually includes a light lunch or refreshments of some kind, thanks to our awesome sponsors!
- We offer CE classes at least 2-3 times/month. For a calendar of classes, click here.
- The first Tuesday of the month is reserved for our office GIG (Gettin' In Gear) office meeting. Broker Eric Lee leads this dynamic office meeting in which he addresses current concerns in the industry and shares tips/tools of the trade.
- Elite Agent Training
- Elite Agent Training is a video series that Broker Eric Lee has put together to keep our agents up-to-speed, for example:
- Time Management and Ideal Week Training
- Listing Preparation and Marketing Plans
- Common Pitfalls
- Filling Out the REPC
- FSBO (For Sale By Owner)
- Working with Buyers, and Buyer Presentation Role Play
- Every Thursday, Broker Eric Lee offers a live version of Elite Agent Training via a webinar. The webinar schedule and link to join is listed on our calendar.
- Elite Agent Training is a video series that Broker Eric Lee has put together to keep our agents up-to-speed, for example:
- Monthly Lunch and Learn
- The third Friday of each month, Equity co-sponsors a Lunch and Learn which provides training specifically about the REPC, title, and loans.
Activities
- Monthly Competitions
- We have friendly competitions in our office each month where the winner with the most points earns the Office MVP Award and $100 cash, and the agent with the most closings wins the Peak Producer Award. Agents with four or more closings automatically receive recognition as a Top Producer.
- Points are earned for the following:
- Refer an agent to Equity (1 pt.)
- An agent you refer joins our office (4 pts.)
- Closings (1 pt. per closing)
- Listings (1 pt. per listing)
- Attending Tuesday Training or Thursday Webinars (1 pt. each)
- Bringing Prospective Agents to Training (1 pt. each)
- Monthly "Power Professionals" Lunch
- The first Tuesday of the month, Eric (Equity's Broker) takes the previous month's "Power Professionals" (agents with two or more closings) to lunch. It's a great time to celebrate while networking with fellow agents!
- Seasonal Events
- Seasonally we get together for events like our annual office movie, Valentine's breakfast, or Halloween Party.
- Tours
- On occasion, we conduct home tours, where we meet at a scheduled time and carpool to visit some of our agents' properties. This is especially helpful for new agents who are just learning the ropes.
Mentoring

- Networking
- Our Mastermind Group is an informal meeting each week where agents meet to discuss goals and receive input from fellow agents. We have a great group of agents who are willing to help others learn the ropes of the business.
- We provide meeting space for agents to collaborate, both in our office and online.
- Our private Facebook group is a dynamic, up-to-date forum created for agents to safely ask questions and get help with anything you need to be successful.
