*There are two exceptions. If you close a deal that is less than $80,000, there is an 80/20 split instead of the flat $499 transaction fee. The end result is you keep more of your money! The second exception involves deals over $3 million or where the commission is over $100k on one transaction. In this case, there is a 90/10 split in place of the transaction fee.
