  • Listing Syndication – Your listings will automatically be featured on over 800 national sites. Basically, if it has to do with real estate, your listing will be there.
  • Free printing, scanning, computer workstations with wireless internet, In-House Lender, etc… Basically everything you need in an office environment.

However, some of the recurring frustrations we hear from agents are the following:

  • Automatically set up a unique web page with its own URL address for each listing includes tools like mortgage calculator, Google maps, etc.
  • Automatically email your client a link to this website for their review.
  • Post to KSL (Re-post every two weeks – max allowed by KSL- to keep your listing fresh and at the top of search lists.)
  • Automatic posting to Craigslist. Multiple postings are done for each county along the Wasatch Front so your listings get maximum exposure. Listings are deleted and re-posted bi-weekly.
  • Automatic listing submission to social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Send “Tips for Preparing and Showing your Home,” a handout to help your clients with staging questions.
